It’s just less than 4 days to the 2008 GCE ‘O’ for MTL.

Please check that the subject code of your relevant papers are:

1132 - Malay
1142 - Tamil
1162 - Chinese 

26th May 2008
Paper 1 ~ 0830 - 1030 ( 2 hours )
Paper 2 ~ 1115 - 12:45  ( 1 hour 30 minutes )

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. All candidates are to bring a photo identity card - NRIC, Ez-Link Card or Passport.
2. There is NO entry proof for this MYE ‘O’ Level and therefore, a photo identity card is VERY IMPORTANT.
3. The paper will start exactly at 8:30am, and we hope that everyone will be there by 8:10am.
4. Please make sure that your dictionaries are all CHR approved. Approved CL Electronic (Creative & Besta) can be use in the examination for Paper 1.
   NO BILINGUAL DICTIONARIES ARE ALLOWED.
5. Please be on your best behaviour and abide to all school rules! (It’s just for a few hours, won’t kill much) Just don’t play a fool, i doubt it will be funny there.
6. Listen to the CPE / PE instructions VERY carefully. Although we are taking national exams for the 2nd time, we still have to listen incase there’s any changes from ‘N’ Level.
7. Please make sure you have a pencil, eraser, PENS etc. stationaries in your pencil case. So, to be examination ready.
8. Make sure you clear all papers from pencil case etc. Once the invigilator finds out. You will be in DEEP DEEP DEEP shit. Then as known, handphones be inside the bag first.
9. Bring jacket along! Noticed that not much of you bring. Please bring. It’s gonna be cold. If not you will either be braving the cold. Please don’t borrow from others?! They do need it for themselves!

Those are the more important things to assure and to be aware of.

Study hard. Let’s just do our VERY BEST and get rid of MTL.

All students are to access HeyMaths (for Mathematics) and LMS (other subjects) to download assignment given by your subject teachers and to COMPLETE a survey in the LMS on that day (23 May). Respective time for Sec 1-2 (8-11am) and Sec 3-5 (11-2pm).

School lab will be open to those students without internet access. Once you complete the survey, it will automatically “counted” as your attendance. It is COMPULSORY to complete the survey.

Password: SUPPOSED to be your birthday if you didn’t change it! In the format ddmmyyyy (01012008)! If you did change it, then use your existing password! If you have forgotten it, please contact Miss Uma ASAP to check if she can reset the password with the relavent IT department.
 

INFORMATION FOR ALL.

If you can’t download the worksheet or for whatever reason that you can’t open the document/ you can’t read the individual languages (Chinese only)! Please get the alternative documents from Shamus. If you do not have microsoft word in your computer, please inform Shamus before the 22 may, so that he can collate all the work and email it to you on that day. All work distributed by Shamus will be in PDF formats which you can easily download the reader FREE from Adobe.
